你愛我嗎？ 專家解析親密關係四類型

在一段關係中能夠彼此相互了解，並且真實自在地做自己，這樣坦誠而緊密的關係稱為親密關係，親密關係通常指的是伴侶關係，但並非所有伴侶關係都如此親密。一個人面對親密關係的態度，與其早期的原生家庭關係是有所關聯的，吳宛亭心理師表示，伴侶間的依附關係與原生家庭的依附關係相似，每個人的依附類型和天生的個性氣質，以及與照顧者的依附關係有關。依附類型簡單地分為以下4種:
1、安全型：在感情關係中較有安全感。
2、焦慮型：經常擔心害怕、胡思亂想，十分沒安全感需要另外一半不斷填補自己。
3、逃避型：害怕在感情裡跌倒受傷，因此選擇對情感採取抽離的態度，避免太過親密。
4、混亂型：對於愛這件事感到糾葛，愛和痛苦的感覺是融合在一起的。
在愛情關係中，逃避型和焦慮型很容易相互吸引，看見彼此身上沒有的特質，這樣的差異格外具吸引力，逃避型欣賞焦慮型豐沛的情感 而焦慮型欣賞逃避型的理智灑脫。然而，依附類型並非永遠不變，可能會因為身處在不同的關係而有所變化。
親密關係中易把幼時沒有被滿足的期待 轉移到對方身上
吳宛亭心理師表示，在伴侶關係中較辛苦的地方是:每個人都是帶著自己過去原生家庭的經驗相聚在一起，我們很容易把一些幼時沒有被滿足的期待，轉移到對方身上，或是希望對方變成自己想要的樣子。若是一直期待對方，也許會一直失望或是給對方很大的壓力，不利於親密關係的正向發展。應學習跳脫固有的框架，給彼此一個可以修整的機會。
在臨床經驗中，經常會碰到親密關係出現以下2個問題:
1、個性與價值觀的不同
因為不同而相愛，也因為這個不同而相恨。由於個性與價值觀的不同而有衝突，經常會反映在生活習慣上，例如：擠牙膏的方式不同，就可能會有爭執。或是處理情緒的方式不一樣，像是不同依附類型的人在吵架時，焦慮型會一直講個不停，希望能得到對方的安撫，讓自己可以穩定一點，而逃避型當下可能會選擇沉默，因為他需要時間冷靜思考，兩方的處理情緒的節奏不同，就容易出現衝突。
2、人生階段
兩個人不一定會在相同的人生階段相遇，有些人會將想組成家庭放在第一順位，但對有些人而言工作或是自我實現才是最重要的，所以兩個人在討論是否要進行到人生下一階段時，就可能造成衝突或分手，比如30歲左右的男生往往還想衝刺事業，但女生需考量生育年齡。
適時向對方表達在關係中感到失望的事
面對親密關係中的問題與阻礙，雖然一開始可能並不是那麼容易解決，但只要我們願意騰出空間不惡意刺傷，仍是可以維持良好的親密關係。吳宛亭心理師表示，首先允許並尊重對方與自己不同的價值觀，也允許自己與對方自然產生的情緒，不需要自責與或是怪罪對方。適時向對方表達在關係中感到失望的事，避免失望在心裡無限發酵，在表達時切勿帶著情緒化的攻擊或惡意，清楚說出自己想要的是什麼，希望對方用什麼方式對你，說出來才有溝通調整的可能性。雖然對方也是有可能不會改變，自己是否可以欣賞對方獨有的方式，看見並包容彼此的不同。
兩個不同的個體，對方不可能跟你完全一樣，自己喜歡的東西，另一半可能不喜歡，這就是在親密關係裡獨有的孤獨。這是每一個人在生命中自己要去面對的議題，而不是把這個問題丟給對方，一味地要對方滿足自己，失衡的關係並不是健康的關係，在親密關係中彼此是可親密坦誠地做自己以外，雙方還是保有自己的獨特性與孤獨，試著學習欣賞對方的不同進而慢慢完整自己的生命。（文章授權提供／優活健康網）

送101直營換電池…1小時後iPhone壞了 收到報價她氣炸
: 把 iPhone 送交 101 直營中心換電池，結果竟然搞到整台手機壞掉？一名網友在 PTT 上爆料，她的 iPhone 6S Plus 原先功能正常，只是耗電速度很快，因此萌生換電池念頭，便把手機拿到台北 101 直營店換電池，沒想到送過去才 1 小時，店家就通知她的手機壞掉無法開機，需要送回原廠維修，送修費更高達 1 萬多元，讓網友完全無法接受。
該名網友 2 日在 PTT 發文，表示之前看新聞得知明年 6S 更換電池要漲價，加上最近手機耗電快速，因此想趁機換電池。 9 月 26 日跟台北 101 直營店約好時間更換，沒想到送完手機 1 小時後就接到維修人員的訊息告知手機無法開機，須送回新加坡原廠維修，讓原 PO 非常錯愕，「我明明一個小時送修之前手機還正在滑 FB 、 LINE ，怎麼回去換個電池你跟我說我手機無法開機？」
返回直營店後，維修人員拿出聲明書，上面寫著「若維修過程中出現其他功能異常，需返廠 7-14 個工作天。」再加上台灣這邊只負責簡單的零件更換，其他的需要送回新加坡做檢測。原 PO 雖然憤怒，但也無可奈何，只能等待維修結果。
等到 1 日，原 PO 收到一封來自「蘋果支援」的信件，內容寫著看原 PO 是要支付新台幣 10276 元（不含稅）的維修費用，或是放棄維修退回產品。但原 PO 看到這封信氣炸，「交給你們維修後壞了，明顯就是你們修壞啦，現在要我支付整新機一萬多塊的錢？？？天理何在？明明是維修過後，手機人為毀損，為什麼要拿維修人員的過錯來懲罰我？」

原 PO 打電話到新加坡客服，說明手機送修前完好，送修後才損壞，但客服表明他只是負責軟體部分，有問題他會詢問硬體維修人員，釐清問題後再回答原 PO ，讓原 PO 更不滿，「那你們來台灣開什麼直營店？換個簡單的電池能夠弄到手機無法開機，是工讀生換的嗎？然後毀損的錢居然要消費者吞？」
網友看到原 PO 分享的案例後，也紛紛留言「直接找消保官比較快」、「這種維修手法真夠潮的」、「信仰不足，重新加值」、「如果是維修的人弄壞的公司一定叫他自己賠，他怎麼可能承認」、「我最近才想說要去換，這也太扯」、「感覺就是維修人員用壞不想自己賠要你吞」。
